Project :

Apploading S.L. founders brought to the company their previous experience in different IT companies and research labs, highlighting the Laboratory of Information and Multimedia Technologies (LTIM) and the Research Group in Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience, both belonging to the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) and the multi-national Hewlett-Packard (Dublin), who contributed in kind the know-how in business management and R & D. This experience has allowed the creation of a solid team focused on products and services that emphasize the mobile first and multi-screen concepts.

UPHILL, Lda UpSim, is a compliance and training SaaS for healthcare providers, namely hospitals and medical schools. It provides simulated clinical cases based on validated guidelines and protocols (either international, national or locally developed), which solving process is compared to. Feedback on compliance is given, allowing institutions to compare teams and improve patient safety through better care. Metrics are extracted to monitor progression on compliance to improve training needs. Pilots are already in place.
